This year, gastronomy was included in the program of IRISH WEEK for the first time.

GREEN BURGER AT STARLITE DINER
A special green burger “Leprechaun” was created for IRISH WEEK by by the brand-chef of Starlite Steve Tursi. The burger can be ordered at all Starlite restaurants from March 14 till 30. A juicy craft patty made of black Angus beef, cheese, Guacamole sauce, Iceberg salad, Jalapeno pepper and pickles are served on a green bun with golden Tater tots, green ketchup and a pleasant surprise.

IRISH WORKSHOPS AT CHICAGO GRILL & BAR
Chicago Grill & Bar organizes a series of workshops dedicated to Irish cuisine. On Wednesday, March 21, the chef will show how to cook Irish stew and traditional potato bread (fadge). On Sunday, March 25, participants will make classic Irish breakfast and chowder. The workshops include mini lectures on Irish cuisine and traditional Irish drinks. The price of each workshop is 1500 rubles. Preliminary registration is required.
